Aston Villa signs Axel Tuanzebe!!

Manchester United defender Axel Tuanzebe in action against then Arsenal striker Alexis Sanchez last season

First bit of transfer business done and we have signed Axel Tuanzebe on loan from Manchester United.

You might be thinking “Who is he?” well I never knew who he was so I done some research and I’ve seen him play a few times as a substitute.

I’ve seen this guy play when he’s in the youth squad and he is a good player and he has the potential to become a first team starter for Manchester United. He also has ambition when saying “Villa should push for second place, rather then play-offs” and he’s right.

I’m saying that we have bought the two youngsters from Man United in Tuanzebe and Johnstone and they will be good signings in the summer, but we need to see the potential in Tuanzebe and we can see him as a replacement for Terry. Also John Terry will be able to guide Tuanzebe in games to gain confidence.

Overall we are happy with the signing because it will add competition in centre backs and I’m hoping he can produce on the pitch. He’s quick, strong, has a great character and he has got ambition to achieve in the future. We are also linked with players like Enzo Crivelli (Wolves are linked with him as well) and Haris Duljevic (Who I’ve never heard of him) then we can add competition to certain areas in the squad.

Let’s carry on and win games to achieve automatic promotion and make sure we don’t drop points UTV!!

Summer Transfer #2

Another blog on the summer transfer window and I’ve got a few transfers I’ve got to talk about.

Leonardo Bonucci from Juventus to AC Milan for €42,000,000

Image result for bonucci ac milan

On 14 July 2017, Bonucci was signed by Milan on a five-year contract for a €42 million fee, subject to a successful medical check.

Opinions: With new owners coming into the club and money is coming in. AC Milan are bring in players that will bring them back the glory days. Bonucci is one of those players that every club needs, because he’s one of the best defenders in the world and he’s a leader. I think it’s a really good signing and hope Milan will go back to the top.

Hakan Çalhanoğlu from Bayer 04 to AC Milan for €20,000,000

Image result for hakan calhanoglu ac milan

Çalhanoğlu signed a 4-year contract with Serie A club Milan. He was then handed the number 10 jersey, last worn by Keisuke Honda, and famously worn by notable former Milan players such as Clarence Seedorf, Rui Costa, Dejan Savićević and Ruud Gullit.

Opinions: Another addition to the squad and it’s the Turkish wizard and every club was trying to get his signature and AC Milan won his signature. He’s god a excellent touch, dribbling skills and he’s a set piece specialist and finally he’s got unbelievable vision to find players in space. I think if AC Milan are in the group stage of the Europa League, they are favourites to win it.

Tiemoue Bakayoko from AS Monaco to Chelsea for £40,000,000

Image result for bakayoko chelsea

Chelsea have signed midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko from French champions Monaco in a reported £40m deal. The 22-year-old France international has signed a five-year deal with the Premier League champions.

Opinions: This is the player that Chelsea have been linked with for a long time and it’s finally happen. Bakayoko was key to Monaco winning the French league and reaching the Semi-Final of the Champions League. He’s strong, good with the ball and I think he can partner with Kante. This means Nemanja Matic is out the door with Man United and Juventus who wants him.

Kyle Walker from Tottenham to Manchester City for £45,000,000

Image result for walker to man city

Manchester City have completed the signing of Tottenham and England right-back Kyle Walker for an initial £45m. Walker, who has 27 caps and spent eight seasons at Spurs has signed a five-year deal with City. The deal, which comes to £50m including £5m of add-ons, could make him the most expensive English player ever.

Opinions: In my opinion Kyle Walker is nowhere near worth £45m because he’s one of those full backs who looks good going forward but he’s not really good when defending. But maybe Pep can work with him and prove me wrong but we will see.

Summer Transfers #1

It’s back one again! Summer Transfer Window is here and I’ve got some signings that interested me. Let’s go!!!

Romelu Lukaku – Everton to Manchester United for £75m

Manchester United have signed striker Romelu Lukaku from Everton for an initial £75m on a five-year contract. Mourinho said: “Romelu is a natural fit for Manchester United. He is a big personality and a big player,” and he also said “He will be a great addition to the group. I am really looking forward to working with him again.”

Opinion: This is the player we have all be talking about because which club will this striker go to and Manchester United have got him. He’s got everything like he can shoot and pass with both feet, he’s strong, good in the air and he knows the Premier League instead of Morata which United will have to spend more on.

Alexandre Lacazette – Lyon to Arsenal for £46.5m

Arsenal have completed the signing of France striker Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon for a club record £46.5m fee on a five-year deal. The fee – up to £52.6m with add-ons – will surpass the £42.4m Arsenal paid Real Madrid for Mesut Ozil in 2013.

Opinion: I think this is a really good signing for Arsenal because they have been looking for a top quality striker for a long time. This will leave strikers like Giroud, Welbeck and Lucas Perez to fight for their place. Also what will be the future of Alexis Sanchez if he goes.

Michael Keane – Burnley to Everton for £30m

Everton have signed Michael Keane from Burnley for a fee that could rise to a club record-equalling £30m.

Opinion: This is an interesting signing because with Everton investing in loads of money from the new owner. This has sparkle upon all football fans and Michael Keane is a very good defender as he had a good few seasons at Burnley and he’s an international player in which he is representing England.

Mohammad Salah – Roma to Liverpool for £34m

Liverpool have completed the £34m pounds signing of Roma’s former Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah. The Egyptian whose 25, has signed a five-year deal and has been a prime target for manager Jurgen Klopp.

Opinion: This is interesting because they have somebody in the position he plays which is Mane but maybe he can play on the right, Mane on the left and Firmino up front with Coutinho just behind which will look nice.

Summer Transfer #5

Hi guys Milan here and here is number 6 of the Summer Transfer window.

Mile Jedinak (Crystal Palace to Aston Villa) £4m

Aston Villa signed Mile Jedinak on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee. He’s 32 and made more than 150 appearances for Palace in a five-year spell, after arriving from Turkish side Antalyaspor in 2011.

Opinion: I am delighted because we have signed another midfielder and he’s a leader and we have been lacking a leader in the midfield since Stan Petrov. We bought leaders from 3 clubs with Elphick from Bournemouth, McCormack from Fulham and now Jedinak from Palace. The six signings we have made I have been very positive from Di Matteo and I feel we will come back up to where we belong.

Yannick Bolasie (Crystal Palace to Everon) £25m

Everton have signed DR Congo international midfielder Yannick Bolasie from Crystal Palace on a five-year deal for £25m. Bolasie, 27, spent four seasons with Palace after joining the London side from Bristol City in 2012.

Opinion: This a huge blow for Crystal Palace as he was their best player last season. He can shoot, dribble and can take on a player with his remarkable skills. Pardew now has Townsend, Sako and Zaha but that means that they have two right wingers and one left winger. That’s a problem for them when it come to pick a starting XI.

Ashley Williams (Swansea to Everton) £12m

Everton have signed Wales captain Ashley Williams from Premier League rivals Swansea for an undisclosed fee, thought to be £12m. The 31-year-old defender is new manager Ronald Koeman’s third summer purchase after Senegal midfielder Idrissa Gueye and goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg.

Opinion: This is a massive signing from Everton as he is the replacement for John Stones when he left for Man City. That leaves Swansea in trouble as they have lost their captain and might struggle defensively and end up in a relegation battle.

Borja Baston (Atletico Madrid to Swansea) £15m

Swansea City have broken their transfer record by signing Spanish striker Borja Baston from Atletico Madrid for £15m. He will wear the number 10 shirt for Swansea as that was Wilfred Bony’s number when he was at Swansea.

Opinion: I don’t really know about this striker bu he looks like a little striker who can get in behind defence and can play alongside Llorente who can hold the ball up. That will mean that they will create more goals in the season.

Pogba returns to Man Utd!!!!

Hi guys Milan here and the world has gone crazy as Paul Pogba joins Manchester United from Juventus for world record fee of £89m. This is massive money from Manchester United but this is why they are one of the biggest clubs in the world.

They have no option but to challenge for the title as they have won the Charity Shield which is always good to start the new season. He returns to Old Trafford and O think this time he will get more game time and he will show what United have been missing over the years.

He’s got the strength for the Premier League, a lethal shot, good passing and and brilliant athlete when heading the ball and tackling for the ball and he’s only 23.

Is he worth £89m or not let me know by twitter @NoTeamworkNoWin or the comments below

Summer Transfer #4

Hi guys Milan and this is my fourth instalment of the Summer Transfer Window.

Gonzalo Higuain (Napoli to Juventus) £75.3

Gonzalo Higuain

Juventus have signed Argentina striker Gonzalo Higuain from Napoli for £75.3m. The fee for the France-born forward is the third most expensive in history and the biggest domestic deal of all time, along with Cristiano Ronaldo (£80m) and Gareth Bale (£85m).

Opinion: I think this is a massive signing for Juventus as he is a proven goal scorer in Italy. He’s in a right age as he’s not young or old and the good thing about this is that Juventus will have loads of options going forward in League, Domestic and Europe.

Leroy Sane (Schalke O4 to Manchester City) £37m

Germany midfielder Leroy Sane has completed his move to Manchester City for a fee of £37m plus add-ons. The 20-year-old has signed a five-year contract after leaving Schalke. City manager Pep Guardiola said: “He is a special talent and an exciting player that I think our supporters will enjoy watching.”

Opinion: To be honest this a bit of a risk to sign a 20 year old midfielder for a redicoulas amount of money. If I was manager of Manchester City I would not take the risk and spend £20m on him. But I think this is a okay signing for them but we will see if he will do well.

Idrissa Gueye (Aston Villa to Everton) £7m

Everton have signed Senegal midfielder Idrissa Gueye from Championship side Aston Villa on a four-year deal. Gueye joined Villa for £9m from French side Lille in July 2015 and made 35 Premier League appearances as they were relegated last season.

Opinion: Well as a Villa fan I criticise this player because he keeps losing the ball but if you look at the stats he had the most tackles alongside Kante of Leicester which is decent and I think he is a blow to our midfield. I think Tshibola will have to fill Gana’s boots and win the ball back and pass the ball forward.

Ross McCormack (Fulham to Aston Villa) £12m

Aston Villa have signed Scotland striker Ross McCormack for £12m from Championship rivals Fulham. The 29-year-old, previously linked with a move to Norwich City, has agreed a four-year contract after Villa had a bid accepted on Wednesday.

Opinion: I’m delighted with this signing because he will guarantee Villa the goals in the Championship because he can score all types of goals. This now means we have options up front because we have Ayew, Agbonlahor, Gestede and Kosak as well. Maybe one of our strikers will be sold but we did lose Clark which is a big blow to the defence. I hope Di Matteo can work his magic and get us back in the Premier League.

Aston Villa signs Pierluigi Gollini and Aaron Tshibola!!!

Hi guys Milan here and Aston Villa have done it again not one but two transfers happen within a week and I am delighted these players have join the Claret and Blue army.

Pierluigi Gollini

Aston Villa have signed goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini from Italian side Hellas Verona on a four-year deal. The 21-year-old made 30 appearances in two seasons with Verona after joining from Manchester United in 2014.

Opinion: I think this is a good signing for us because with rumours with Guzan leaving then this kid can make a name for himself at Aston Villa. He’s a good shot stopper but the problem with him is when he saves the ball is still in play so he needs to improve his handling and decision making but overall he’s a good goalkeeper.

 Aaron Tshibola

Aston Villa have signed young Reading midfielder Aaron Tshibola on a four-year contract for an undisclosed fee. The 21-year-old Royals youth product played 17 times for the club since his Football League debut in a 4-0 defeat at Nottingham Forest in August 2014. Tshibola will be reunited with former Royals boss Steve Clarke, who is now Villa’s assistant manager.

Opinion: I think this is a really good signing for us as he somebody we need in the midfield, someone who is strong, has a good engine on him and could replace Sanchez or Westwood. He provides experience for the players in the Championship.

I hope we get more transfers in this transfer window. I think we need another striker or another Centre back or Right Back to make our defence better for the challenge that is awaits us which is the Championship.
